PersonalHQ was born from a simple but powerful realisation: there aren't enough hours in the day to help everyone who needs support, but there should be a way to reach them all.
Hi, I'm Tony, and helping people has been the driving force of my entire working life. For over 25 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting others in their growth, challenges, and life journeys. But it wasn't until one ordinary dog walk that I discovered how to multiply that impact infinitely.

My journey began as a training manager, where I discovered my passion for helping people unlock their potential. I became deeply involved with psychometrics, fascinated by understanding what makes each person unique and how to tailor support to individual needs.

This led me to create my own business and executive coaching Company, where I worked one-on-one with professionals and leaders, helping them navigate career challenges, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Every success story reinforced my belief that the right support at the right time can transform lives.

For over 25 years, I've practised hypnotherapy and trained as a student counsellor, helping people overcome deep-seated challenges, break limiting patterns, and discover their inner strength. These experiences showed me the profound impact of having someone truly listen and guide you through difficult times.

One day, after taking my dogs out for their usual walk, I sat down with a heavy realisation: I can't reach everyone who needs help. There simply aren't enough hours in the day.
But then came the breakthrough moment - what if I could enlist the help of AI?
