Welcome Call – I'll call you to introduce myself, answer any questions, discuss the service you want, and book a convenient time. Our appointment can be in person or online.
Your Session – Relax and focus on you. Payment is made after your appointment. I charge £75 per hour.
Flexibility – You're free to cancel anytime up to and including the day before your session. No pressure, no hassle.

Having worked as a national and international coach working at all levels with organisations such as BT, Sky, Allen & Overy, British Gypsum, and EE, and having run a Harley Street practice for a good while, whatever your ambition, I can help you unlock your potential and achieve your personal goals.

Counselling

If you need a compassionate listener and a safe space to talk, I offer counselling as a qualified Level 3 Counsellor and am currently completing my Level 4 training. No judgment - just support, empathy, and practical guidance.

With over 27 years of experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, coach, and founder of The Business Coaching Foundation, Caring 4U and Personal HQ, I've helped people from all walks of life find clarity, confidence, and well-being. My approach is gentle, non-judgmental, and always focused on your needs - whether you're looking for deep transformation or just someone to listen.
Sessions are held in my peaceful cottage in Wethersfield, Essex, or online for your convenience.
